The wave of Birmingham Virgin Media customers affected have been able to sign-up for our legal representation on a No Win, No Fee basis.
This offer remains open for all UK victims for the time being and reflects our confidence that we can succeed with the action. We wouldn’t be able to work this way unless we thought we could win. Given the nature of the beach and how long data was left exposed for, we’re confident we can succeed with the claims.
We’re also huge believers in access to justice, which is why we offer this kind of representation. So, what have you got to lose?
